I am writing to thank you and your team of staff for making my holiday so relaxed and enjoyable.

You must feel very proud to have such excellent care staff.  They are the finest I have encountered and this was reiterated by many, many other guests during my two week stay.  This was also made manifest by the number of times that guests have returned.

Disability and the idiosyncrasies of age are not the most charismatic qualities to have to handle day in day out.  Without exception the care team did did so professionally with patience, sensitivity and utmost respect for individuals.  They did this untiringlyand I cannot praise enough their admirable qualities, particularly so in my own case.

We have recently returned home from a very comfortable week’s stay with you in Porthcawl. Your hotel was a very enjoyable place to stay I am delighted to let you know that I was very impressed with the whole holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable and the food was delicious. But the most impressive thing of all was the professional and friendly nature of yourself, Vanessa and all your staff.
